A.Withdrawal policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ENVERA Fashion, represented by Dimitry Zelikov, Breslauer Straße 22, 69124 Heidelberg, Germany, Email: envera.germany@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions – Personalized Products
Important: All custom or personalized products (e.g., shirts or hoodies with your design or name) are made-to-order and cannot be returned or cancelled. Please check your design carefully before ordering. This applies to all EU and international customers.
General Instructions for Returns
- Avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Return them in the original packaging with all accessories. Use protective packaging if necessary.
- Do not send goods postage due.
- Points 1-2 are not prerequisites for a valid withdrawal.
United States – Returns & Refunds Policy
For customers located in the United States, please note that there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
As all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
- dissatisfaction with design choice
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- or significantly different from what was ordered
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at envera.germany@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- a replacement item
- or a refund
